Organic Colombian Tolima


Grown by the AGPROCEM co-op in the Tolima Region of the Andean Mountains, this coffee comes from a mixture of Caturra, Castillo, and Typica varietals. The cup this coffee produces is unusually sweet with citrus acidity and notes of cocoa, orange with honey and caramel. The coffee is floral, but maintains a smooth balance of flavors and aroma resulting in a medium body and long, lingering finish.
