Wes Van Cott has been involved in the production of fine food and beverages for his entire life. He founded Nantucket Coffee Roasters in May of 1993 with one Probat L-12 coffee roaster and no customers. Fortunately with a little door-to-door sales effort the beans practically sold themselves. Now he has over 50 wholesale accounts on Nantucket, a large number of mail order customers - and a second coffee roaster.
